Rosetta Genomics Ltd. (“Rosetta”) announced today that it has terminated, effective as of October 13, 2014, that certain Controlled Equity Offering^SM Sales Agreement dated March 22, 2013 (the “Agreement”) by and between Rosetta and Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., as sales agent.
