(OTCMARKETS: IMMB) Immunotech Laboratories, Inc.(the “Company”) and Immunotech Laboratories, BG (IMMB-BG”) the Company announced today that they have entered into negotiations with Uldic Investment Pvt. Ltd. (“Uldic” or the “Representative/Distributor”), located in Zimbabwe, to pursue the development of market opportunities and Clinical Testing for the Company’s HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C virus treatment (“ITV-1 Treatment”) in Africa, initially focusing on clinical testing for Hepatitis C in Mauritius Island and Malawi.
