Geological Report Shows Strong Oil Reserves in First Well

Debary, FL / ACCESSWIRE / October 9, 2014 / Cyber Kiosk Solutions, Inc. (OTC PINK: CYBK) will file its 10b-17 next week to effect a name change and ticker change for the Company to reflect its current operations and has launched its new website WWW.EPAPETROLEUM.COM.

EPA is in the process of drilling 10 wells in Venango County, PA on the course lease. In addition, EPA has the ability to drill 40 more wells on the same property. The first 2 wells have been drilled and a Geological Report, with pictures shown below, has been completed on the first well which shows strong oil reserves. The video link is for the second well showing oil already coming to the surface prior to fracking which is a very positive signal of oil reserves under the ground.

After EPA drills the third well, the Company will begin fracking the first well to generate revenue. Fracking one well after three wells are drilled is more cost effective and will generate profits more quickly. The fracking method used in today's environment will allow each well to extract oil from an approximate horizontal circumference of 250 feet surrounding each well, compared to a 5 foot circumference used when wells were drilled 100 plus years ago.

Cyber-Thingy, Inc. Update:

Cyber-Thingy, Inc. has officially changed its name to OHOF, Inc. OHOF, Inc., while still a wholly owned subsidiary of CYBK, operates as a fully independent company.

The spinoff and share dividend of OHOF, Inc. will be delayed until the financials of the Company can be audited, giving way to a registered spinoff.

Mr. Hall, CYBK's CEO stated, "I feel it is in the best interest of the shareholders to delay the spinoff of OHOF, Inc. until the financials are audited thereby creating a registered spinoff instead of an unregistered spinoff".

An audit at this time would essentially give both companies audited financials and pave the way for CYBK and OHOF Inc. to move up to the OTCQB as two separate entities. CYBK has already engaged an audit firm and paid them a retainer to prepare the audit. The Company will retain an accountant to prepare the financial information so it can be delivered in the format needed.
