AVEW Holdings Inc (OTC Pink: AVEW) (PINKSHEETS: AVEW) today announced that the company has signed a $5 million dollar financing agreement with a private investment firm that specializes in small and micro-capitalized public growth companies. AVEW is currently focused and diligently executing on its vertical integration strategy through the acquisition of service and specialty construction companies that compliment AVEW business plan.

"Securing a financing facility through an institutional investor provides management with great leverage as we continue the aggressive implementation of our business plan" said Jose Chavez, CEO of AVEW Holdings Inc. "Management can draw down on this financing at any time giving the flexibility to make strategic decisions on growing our business," continued Chavez. The funds will be used for acquisitions and other business activities that will directly result in generating revenues and earnings. The facility will not be used for working capital or corporate overhead. AVEW currently has enough cash and contracts on hand to tactically continue moving forward.

Mr. Jay Ling President of AVEW stated "In addition to this financing agreement, AVEW'S management is moving forward to up list AVEW to OTCQB status. The management team at AVEW is excited and focused on AVEW'S business model and emphasis on horizontal and vertical growth." The OTCQB status will allow AVEW Holdings Inc. to access an additional 5 Million dollar line of credit as previously announced.
