The Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2014 will not be submitted by the deadline due to a situation where the workload exceeds available personnel, due to insufficient staff.   We were not able to complete all of the financial information required to allow sufficient time to be able to finalize review and filing of the Form 10-K by the filing deadline of September 30, 2014.

During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2014 we incurred operating losses of $145,755 as compared to operating losses of $900,143 during the same period ended June 30, 2014, a decrease of $754,388.    The substantial decrease in fees is mainly related to a decrease in  exploration expense totaling $679,811 in 2013 as compared to $18,807 to fiscal 2014, however, all operating expenses decreased during the current fiscal year as the Company has had limited operations awaiting the pending closure of the acquisition of a previously announced mineral exploration project in Mexico.
