OTTAWA, Sept. 22, 2014 /CNW/ - Tweed Marijuana Inc.
(TSXV: TWD) ("Tweed" or the "Company"), would like to provide
further information regarding the recently announcement agreement
with Renmark Financial Communications Inc.
Under the terms of the agreement, the Company will pay Renmark
Financial a monthly retainer fee of $6,000 plus HST and any reasonable pre-approved
expenses for their professional services. The contract can be
cancelled by either party subject to 30 days written notice. The
agreement is governed by the laws of Quebec.
