Rosetta Genomics Ltd.

 

The Board of Directors of Rosetta Genomics Ltd. (the “Company”) has determined to cancel the previously scheduled annual general meeting of shareholders that was scheduled to be held on Friday, October 10, 2014, due to discussions with third parties that may affect certain proposals that were to be brought before the shareholders at the meeting. Once these discussions are concluded, the Company will reschedule the annual general meeting and redistribute a new proxy statement and new proxy cards to its shareholders.
