Avew Holdings executes Definitive Agreement with a 13 Year Old Nursery and Landscape Company

AUSTIN, TX, United States, via ETELIGIS INC., 09/16/2014 - - AVEW Holdings Inc. (OTC PINK: AVEW)(PINKSHEETS: AVEW) today announced the company has signed a Definitive Agreement for the Acquisition of Countryside Nursery & Landscape Inc., an Austin, TX based Corporation. (www.countrysideaustin.com)

Countryside Nursery and Landscape Inc. (CSNL) has averaged annual revenues of $5,061,367 over the past six years. CSNL is a full service retail garden center, and provides landscape design and installation, irrigation, irrigation design and installation, and lawn maintenance.

The Company currently has 51 employees, 7 managers, and professional Horticulture personnel on staff in order to service their 200-plus clients. The nursery is situated on 3.572 acres with 7500 square feet of covered space. CSNL has over 2 acres of trees and shrubs as well as a walk-in retail nursery.

AVEW'S immediate plan is to move all AVEW company divisions to the CSNL property to consolidate offices and management personnel, and to minimize overhead costs.

Mr. Neal Puckett, COO of Austin Premier Pools & Spas, a completed AVEW acquisition, stated, "The addition of Countryside Nursery to the AVEW family is a tremendous success. This offers our pool division the in-house landscaping and irrigation component business. In the last six months since joining AVEW, Austin Premier Pools has signed over a million dollars of new contracts."

This and other pending acquisitions are being assisted with AVEW's committed Line Of Credit to be provided when AVEW is able to up list to OTCQB. In addition, AVEW is reviewing alternative finance programs. AVEW has successfully closed on: 1. Austin Premier Pools & Spas, 2. Fantastic Pool Services (FPS), and 3. Austin Patio & Outdoor living (MD Construction Co.) and has a Definitive Agreement with Kustom Fence Construction of New Braunfels, TX. In addition, after careful review, AVEW Holdings has also rescinded acquisitions or Letters Of Intent for Austex Holdings Inc, Diamond Head Pools, and Prostar Dirt Work Inc.
