Communications Agency 3Kronor sells Advertising Agency Nyheter365

STOCKHOLM, SE (United Communications Partners) (OTC:UCPA) September 8, 2014 – InvestorsHub NewsWire - Today, 3Kronor announced that it is selling the advertising agency Nyheter365 to their employees. This means that the new CEO (also the former co-owner) Johan Rikner will join together with colleagues Stefan Persson, Bjorn Forsgren and Peder Hawk to run the agency. Mr. Rikner states that he is, “happy and grateful that 3Kronor dared to bet on this at the start, and just as pleased that my skilled colleagues will now be partners in the company”. Changes also mean that Johan Rikner will now be the CEO for Nyheter365 while Peder Hawk takes over as Chairman.

“In order to maintain our position as a leader in native advertising, we need to be independent”, says Nyheter365's Johan Rikner in a comment today. Nyheter365 was started by Johan Rikner and 3Kronor on January 1, 2012. The firm has 11 employees and expects to hire another 3-5 people before year end.

Nyheter365 will continue with the system and expertise in "optimization" and "power maximization" while launching a number of new concepts in the fall. 3Kronor's founder and chairman, Niclas Froberg , has mixed feelings. “It's a very good business if we would have retained it. But Nyheter365 has better opportunities to develop as an independent content agency and its fun to give employees this opportunity”, he said in a statement. He also stated that the 3Kronor will collaborate with Nyheter365 in the future.
