Labor SMART, Inc. (OTCQB: LTNC) (the "Company"), a leader in

southeastern United States, today announced that Ryan Schadel,
President and CEO of Labor SMART, will be a featured presenter at
the Aegis Capital Corp. 2014 Healthcare and Technology Conference
on Thursday, September 11, at 8:30 a.m. PT (11:30 a.m. ET). The
Conference takes place at The Encore at Wynn in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Although the primary focus is on healthcare and technology
companies, a few select microcap companies are invited to present
at this conference.
