The Registrant is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 (the “Report”) by the prescribed date of August 14, 2014, without unreasonable effort or expense, because the Registrant needs additional time to complete certain disclosures and analyses to be included in the Report.  In accordance with Rule 12b-25 promulgated under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the Registrant intends to file its Report on or prior to the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.

For the six months ended June 30, 2014, revenue increased approximately 119%, from $93,700 for the six months ended June 30, 2013 to approximately $204,900 for the six months ended June 30, 2014.  Revenue for the three months ended June 30, 2014 decreased approximately 10%, from $93,300 for the three months ended June 30, 2013 to $83,600 for the three months June 30, 2014.

Net loss decreased approximately 69%, from a loss of $415,400 for the six months ended June 30, 2013 to a loss of $130,100 for the six months ended June 30, 2014.  Net loss decreased approximately 73%, from a loss of $214,500 for the three months ended June 30, 2013 to a loss of $58,400 for the three months ended June 30, 2014.
