Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On August 10, 2014, IsoRay, Inc. (the “Registrant” or the “Company”) and its wholly-owned subsidiary IsoRay Medical, Inc. (“Medical”) extended the term of the Employment Agreement (the “Employment Agreement”) dated September 6, 2013 with Fredric Swindler, Medical’s existing Vice President. With the extension, the Employment Agreement now provides for a term through September 9, 2015. All other terms of the Employment Agreement remain the same.
