Intu Properties plc (the "Company") has been notified that Steven Underwood,
alternate director to John Whittaker, acquired 3,503 ordinary shares of 50p
each in the Company on 31 July 2014 at a price of £3.31185 per share. Mr
Underwood's total beneficial holding following this acquisition is 18,500
ordinary shares of 50p each (0.0014% of the total issued share capital of the
Company).
