LONDON, December 30, 1899 /PRNewswire/ --

After releasing positive news regarding their latest build out and working partnerships shares in Easton Pharmaceuticals (OTC: EAPH) had been on a string move higher over the last week.  That changed yesterday when after an impressive run to the upside shares rolled over to close down 15.7% on the day.  It remains to be seen if this was just profit taking or a trading pullback, either way if the stock can get back above the $0.025 level then it has more upside potential.

Virtus Oil and Gas (OTC: VOIL) continued back in its own uptrend ahead of the market open today with shares closing higher by 8.57% on the day.  Volume was higher than normal after the stock closed in the positive which followed a negative days trading.  Considering shares are up more than 100% since the May timeframe this was a positive days trading for Virtus Oil in which they closed right at the highs of the day.  Stocks which close at the highs normally stand a reasonable chance of following through just on momentum trades.

Primco Management (OTC: PMCM) closed lower by 16% after trading much higher earlier on the morning trading session.  Shares face an uphill task of closing higher today after reaching a high of $0.0033 in trading yesterday only to fall back and end up closing at $0.0025.  In addition the volume was more than average having traded a quarter of a billion shares.

Another heavily traded stock to close trading within the OTC markets yesterday were shares in Baltia Airlines (OTC: BLTA) which also closed lower after being much higher earlier in the session.  Baltia has been on an amazing run higher for the last month with investors cheering the stock all the way up from the sub-penny level to over $0.03.  The closing price yesterday was one of the only times in the last month the stock has not gone higher so investors shouldn't be too disappointed if we see some profit taking form shareholders.

To round off our Daily OTC focus list we looked at shares in Alternative Fuels America (OTC: AFAI) whose company closed up by a strong 32% on the day going into Tuesdays trading session on Wall Street.  The volume was 10 times the normal daily average which a great sign is when shares close higher by that amount.  Traders will be looking to see if Alternative Fuels can close higher again today to gain momentum in the trade.
