Explanation of Responses:
( 1)	Gonzalo Camet was a director and shareholder of Sandwich Isles Trading Co., Inc. ('SITC') which was purchased by KonaRed Corporation ("KRED") on October 4, 2013. On May 23, 2014, SITC was dissolved and distribution of KRED shares from trust began based on an exchange ratio of 1.6757 KRED shares for each 1 SITC shares previously held. Mr. Camet's shareholding of KRED restricted common shares is 1,706,780, which includes 1,103,009 shares held jointly with his spouse Eva Maria Moreno Vacas; and 603,771 held by Solait Corp, a company controlled by Mr. Camet.
( 2)	83,167 common shares were awarded to Gonzalo Camet by KonaRed Corporation ("KRED") under a Form S-8 Registration Statement filed May 27, 2014 (the "Award Shares"). KRED separately registered the Award Shares under the 33 Act, by filing on May 29, 2014 a Post-Effective amendment to the Form S-8 Registration Statement which contained a re-offer prospectus in reference to the Award Shares.
( 3)	On January 7, 2014, KRED issued to Mr. Camet 750,000 call options to purchase 750,000 restricted common shares of KRED. These options vested immediately.

Remarks:
Regarding "Date of Event", on May 8, 2014 KonaRed Corporation filed a Form 8A with the SEC which created the requirement for Gonzalo Camet to file this Form 3 due to his position as a director of the Company.

Gonzalo Camet is a shortened version of the filer's full name of Juan Gonzalo Camet Piccone.
