Western Sierra Mining Corp., (OTC Pink: WSRA) confirmed today that it has completed acquisition of water rights in Northern Colorado with an appraised value of $40,500,000 and intends to utilize this asset for real estate development, agricultural production and other beneficial uses as we expand and enhance our asset base. Although the acquisition of these water rights will not result in immediate revenues, the Company is finalizing changes to its business model which will result in exciting new revenue generating opportunities for our shareholders including real estate development; oil and gas production and services; gold and silver mining; coal production and other natural resource-related projects. The Company will begin making announcements about these new endeavors in the coming days and weeks.
