XRM Xerium Technologies New (delisted)

Xerium Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:XRM), a leading global provider of industrial consumable products and services, today announced that Harold Bevis, Xerium's President and CEO, has joined the Board of Directors of Commercial Vehicle Group (Nasdaq:CVGI), a leading global provider of a full range of cab related products and systems for the global commercial vehicle market. He will serve on Commercial Vehicle Group's Audit and Compensation Committees.

Mr. Bevis said, "Commercial Vehicle Group has many similarities to Xerium. They have a new CEO with a strong improvement agenda. They are a leader at what they do. The Asian region is an important growth market of the future for them as it is for us. They are a similarly sized company to Xerium and are also a small cap stock. The fit is very good.
