Embarr Downs Announces That it Acquired Additional Thoroughbred

Embarr Downs, Inc. (OTCQB: EMBR) announced today that the
Company agreed to purchase 10% of a Two-year old from the Barett’s
May Two-Year Old in Training auction. The Colt is a Two-Year sired
by Warrior’s Reward out of Life is Beautiful. The purchase price of
the colt was $70,000.
“We are excited to add this two-year old colt to our barn,” said
Joseph Wade, CEO of Embarr Downs. “This is our first acquisition
since the Company changed its focus away from claiming
thoroughbreds. The Company’s new focus is on the acquisition of
higher priced thoroughbreds that we hope can race in the higher
levels of racing.”
