Company Launches New Website and continues to search for possible acquisition targets

 

Houston, TX, May XX, 2014 – Innovative Holdings, Inc. (OTC: EVPH), a holding company established to acquire controlling interests in profitable small businesses in attractive niche industries, today announced that the Company’s Shareholders, by majority consent, approved its name change to SW Innovative Holdings, Inc. The Company has submitted an application to FINRA of the name change and to request a new stock symbol.

SW Innovative Holdings, Inc. would also like to announce the launch of its new website www.swinnovativeholdings.com. The Company will also look to launch a social media platform to help update shareholders on a regular basis.
