The Company reported an operating loss of $197,136 in Q1 2014 compared to a profit from operations of $94,000 in Q1 2013 reporting period. The operating loss for the current quarter includes $76,921 of non-cash non-recurring charges. The Company reported a net loss of $897,936 or ($0.02) per share, compared to a net profit of $683,696 or $0.01 per share in Q1 2013. The loss in Q1 2014 includes a loss on change in fair value of derivative liability of $621,026 while the net income for Q1 2013 included a gain on change in fair value of derivative liability of $654,727.

NightCulture produced 48 events in Q1 2014 up from 17 in Q1 2013, a 182% increase.
