Quasar Is Preparing for Closing of Acquisition

JACKSONVILLE, FL--(Marketwired - May 13, 2014) - Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. (OTC Pink: QASP) (PINKSHEETS: QASP) ("Quasar" or "the Company")

Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc.'s would like to announce that deal with the premier Colorado hydroponic and scientific grow supply store is done. The grow store has executed a binding agreement with Quasar. The acquisition will be through Quasar's wholly owned subsidiary Green Energy Investments, Inc., a Colorado corporation. All that remains to be done is execution of definitive documents at closing and the security analysis by Director Liann Francisco. Quasar needs to be prepared for installation of a point of sale security system following closing which will ensure that all inventory that enters the grow store is accounted for and all inventory that exits the store is being properly recorded. This will allow Quasar to realize the actual revenue being generated by the grow store.

An alleged shareholder has reached out to Quasar's CEO, Donnell J. Vigil via electronic mail in an attempt to extort Quasar. Mrs. Vigil would like to make it avidly clear that Quasar will not succumb to extortion and no funds will be paid to the assailant's PayPal account as requested and the correspondence sent to Mrs. Vigil is being forwarded to the legal authorities. This individual claims to know the name and location of the target acquisition grow store. A demand was made for payment to keep this individual from releasing the assumed name and location of the grow store so bashers will not harass these parties. If Quasar does not pay this individual the name and location that is assumed to be grow store will be released so naysayers can attempt to prevent the deal from closing. As previously mentioned, the grow store being acquired is bond to the terms executed.

It has not even been a month since the terms of acquisition were executed and we are now preparing for closing. This bewilders me and to now have someone attempting to extort Quasar so they do not release what they believe to be the name and location of the grow store is horrendous. I am truly at a loss of words other than to say, I will bring value to Quasar, I will succeed in entering the MJ industry, I will not be held back by falsehoods, I am open to communication and will disclose all that I can. I cannot wait to see Quasar prosper that those that had confidence in the reality of what is being built reap the benefits.
