and online display, announced today the appointment of Bruce
Wiseman to its Board of Directors. Wiseman brings a proven track
record of success in growing digital advertising businesses across
all channels and all devices. He will help Adaptive Medias, Inc.
achieve its stated goals of optimizing revenues for its publishing
partners and increasing efficiencies for its advertisers across
display, video and mobile sectors.

overseeing 26 offices across 20 countries and over 550 employees.
Previously, Wiseman was the EVP, COO and CFO for Fox Audience
Network. He has also held leadership positions with Yahoo! and
Disney during his decorated career.
Wiseman brings industry best practices for scalable operations
and organized financial structures. Strengthening these areas will
help Adaptive Medias, Inc. expand into an industry where spending
is forecast to grow to $173 billion by 2017, according to
eMarketer, with mobile advertising spending alone expected to
