Item 5.02

Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 5, 2014, the board of directors of Ebix, Inc., upon the recommendation of its Compensation Committee, increased the base salary of James Senge, Sr., Senior Vice President – EBIX Health, to $225,000 per year from $200,000. The increase in base salary is effective May 5, 2014.
