BBX Capital Real Estate Completes the Sale of Its Las Flores Center for $4.0 Million

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwired - April 24, 2014) - BBX Capital Real Estate, a division of BBX Capital Corporation (NYSE: BBX), announced today it has completed the sale of its Las Flores Center for $4.0 million. Located in Miami, Florida, the Las Flores Center is a retail and office project with total square footage of nearly 114,000 square feet on approximately 2.9 acres of land.

The Las Flores Center is part of the BankAtlantic legacy portfolio of loans and real estate that was retained by BBX Capital.
