that the Company unveiled its MontBlunt Brand (www.montblunt.com) for the 4th
annual Cannabis Cup in the Mile High city of Denver, Colorado.


Though the date of April 20th, or 4/20 has long been observed in Colorado, this
is the first celebration since recreational sales of marijuana became legal here
on New Year's Day. Previous years only allowed medical patients, but since
marijuana is now legal in Colorado, this is the first time the event was open to
all adults 21 and older.


Thousands waited to partake in Cannabis Cup Denver. The sold out event
stipulated that no selling of marijuana was allowed but smoking was permitted in
designated areas. Organizers estimated about 37,000 people were in attendance at
the event through the weekend -- more than double last year's record. The High
Times event included marijuana products to edibles to souvenirs and education
about the growing industry, with a special event and concert at Red Rocks
Amphitheatre headlined by Snoop Dogg.
