Other Events.

     

On April 17, 2014, we issued a press release announcing that the underwriters of our previously announced underwritten public offering of common stock have exercised in full their option to purchase an additional 1,665,000 shares at a public offering price of $0.55 per share. The closing occurred on the same day. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
