the next-generation version of its integrated client relationship
management (CRM) application, with a completely redesigned user
interface and new integrations throughout the Advisor
Xi® platform.
Known as Advisor CRM® 2014, the greatly enhanced
client management application serves as the central integration
point for the various components of the custodian-agnostic Advisor
Xi product suite. Advisor CRM is built on the Microsoft Dynamics®
CRM platform and can enable smoother navigation and mobility across
desktops, Android phones, iPhones and iPads for registered
investment advisors (RIAs).

Advisor CRM 2014 has
built in a contextual link integration that allows users to enter
and update client account data accessible through Envestnet |
Tamarac's portfolio management tools, Advisor
Rebalancing® and Advisor View™.
Additional integrations include Skype, enabling advisors to call
clients and prospects from Advisor CRM and instantly notate records
of their conversations.
To provide additional flexibility, the new version of Advisor
CRM includes a mobile application that connects advisors to their
client accounts and critical financial account data, and allows
them to make updates and send messages, from any location.
Streamlined Dashboard and Navigation
Advisor CRM 2014
introduces a streamlined navigation that allows advisors to quickly
create new account records from any screen in Advisor CRM and
auto-save what they have done every 15 seconds through its
auto-save component, vastly improving data accuracy while
decreasing the amount of clicks during navigation.
The scrolling dashboard tiles complement those offered in
Microsoft Windows 8, providing a clean and efficient experience
with a reduction in pop-up windows for easier navigation.
This latest version also highlights the same look and feel as
Advisor View, which advisors rely on for portfolio analysis,
reporting and billing, to create a cohesive navigation experience
for users of both Advisor CRM and Advisor View.
Customized Client Workflows
Personalized
communications include "My Wall," a
social media message board where users can post activity
assignments and reminders, as well as account notes and updates to
be viewed by colleagues on other teams.
Advisors can also upload client photos that correspond to
household-level account records.
