the OTCQB, a leader in Compassionate Care Technology and indoor/outdoor
agricultural solutions for the medicinal marijuana industry, today announced
that the Company has expanded its corporate presence in Denver, Colorado to now
include 7,500 sq. ft. of office space for a multi-year term. The new offices
located within the Cherry Creek subdivision and office complex will include
sharing the space with an established, Colorado based oncology clinical trial
and drug testing company and facility presently doing cancer research and
testing for established pharmaceutical companies seeking FDA approval for new
drugs. 


"We have obviously begun to make a substantial commitment and investment within
the state of Colorado with our previously announced agreements for ownership
interests of approximately one-hundred and sixty acres zoned for agricultural
use and the build out of our two managed green house facilities. It was quite
opportunistic for us to find this amount of executive office space cost
effectively which will allow us to expand our onsite management and sales team
beginning this month. At the same time, we have found a potential synergistic
partner within the oncology and pharmaceutical testing side that could provide a
value added service to our clients and patients," stated B. Michael Friedman,

service by giving our tenants from the green house farms the ability to test
harvests providing insightful data on THC and CBD levels of medicine once proper
licensing by the state is granted to our partners as a private, licensed

all results and analytical data on our cloud based system on behalf of the
testing facility, tracking the quality and consistency of medicine and provide
documented data of patient progress from multiple strains both THC and CBD
specific on behalf of the state licensed facility once approved," added
