BioNeutral Announces Sales & Distribution Agreement With
Menzer, Ltd.
NEWARK, NJ--(Marketwired - Apr 9, 2014) - BioNeutral Group, Inc.
(OTCBB: BONU) (OTCQB: BONU) today announced that it has entered
into Sales and Distribution Agreement with Menzer Ltd. for
distribution of our OGIENE™ line of odor elimination and cleaning
products in the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East.
This agreement is another component of our slate of channel
partners that we are strategically aligning ourselves with.
Initially Menzer will focus on sales of our OGIENE™ products for
consumer use by distributing to chain store retailers. Menzer also
plans to offer our OGIENE™ line commercially.
