Cloud-Based Programming Streamlines Global Communications

CINCINNATI, OH and IRVINE, CA and LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwired - Apr 3, 2014) - E-Waste Systems, Inc. (OTCQB: EWSI) ('EWSI', "E-Waste Systems, Inc." or the "Company"), an electronic waste management, reverse logistics, environmentally focused services and technology company and the first pure play public e-waste operator, is pleased to announce the decision to implement a companywide deployment of NetSuite's cloud-based management information and accounting system.

"As part of our expansion of our management and infrastructure, this cloud-based software project is in complete support of our growth and structural initiatives," explained Martin Nielson, Founder & CEO of eWaste Systems. "We have operations in more than a dozen locations and require a strong network solution that translates different currencies and languages for seamless communication and on time reporting."

The implementation is under the executive leadership of Dan Feeney, Sr. Vice President and head of the eVolve Group. Within the last twelve months eWaste Systems announced new partnerships with equipment manufacturers and engineers as well as multiple rounds of investment capital to support the significant growth of revenues particularly in the USA and China. Revenues have grown both organically and through acquisition, plus new strategic relationships in India, Ghana, Italy, the Caribbean, Australia, and Argentina(2). EWSI is headquartered in the United Kingdom and its stock trades on the U.S.-based OTC Market. The new NetSuite solution addresses the challenges of multiple languages and multiple currencies to ensure consistent accounting under GAAP and compliance throughout the organization. "We are weaving together a complex tapestry of integrated services worldwide, with varying currencies, languages, and laws, so it is important for us to install systems to achieve the highest levels of efficiency, transparency, and accuracy," added Mr. Nielson. "The cloud-based platform provides flexibility for aggregating all relevant information and connecting all worldwide and domestic partners, and its execution under Dan Feeney's guidance is extremely important to developing our infrastructure."
