Wisdom Homes of America, Inc. Announces Mr. Ben Nelms as National Sales Director

SearchCore, Inc. (OTCQX: SRER), a technology-based marketing services company that connects consumers with brands, products, and services through content rich, hyper-local websites, announces that Mr. Ben Nelms is being made the National Sales Director of Wisdom Homes Of America, Inc.

As National Sales Director, Mr. Nelms will assist in retail location selections throughout the US for Wisdom Homes Of America, Inc., as well as provide formal training to management. He will also reach out to the manufacturing housing industry and provide services that will help enhance and promote the quality and affordability of manufactured homes.

Ben Nelms is a 50 year veteran of the manufactured housing industry. He joined SearchCore, Inc. the parent company of Wisdom Homes Of America, Inc. in early 2013. Since then he has overseen business development for Wisdom Homes Of America, Inc. and www.ManufacturedHomes.com.

Mr. Nelms has extensive experience in the manufactured housing sector with strong knowledge in retail sales, sales management and training, manufacturing, wholesale and retail financing, and industry advocacy. From 2000 to 2009 Mr. Nelms was President of Nelmstar Quality Home Systems, a retailer with 14 retail model home centers serving 15 western states including Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Texas and Oklahoma.

From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Nelms served as Vice President of Operations for the retail division of Champion Home Builders, the nation's third largest pre-fabricated home builder. Previously, Mr. Nelms was the founder, president and owner of Grove West, which became the # 1 volume retailer of manufactured home sales in California and among the top 20 retailers in the United States before it was acquired by Oakwood Homes.

Mr. Nelms served on the steering committee that formed the California Manufactured Housing Institute (CMHI) and remained on the Board of Directors for many years. Mr. Nelms was a charter member of the California Multiple Listing Service (CML) and served as Chairman of the arbitration committee. He has received numerous awards and citations including the prestigious J.E. Wells Lifetime Achievement Award in 1986 for service to the manufactured housing industry.
