The Company is unable to complete the preparation of the annual report for the year ended December 31, 2013 before the first submission deadline of March 31, 2014 as a result of the Company’s small accounting staff and the increasing work load of related companies’ operations that have delayed the preparation and final reviews of the 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2013.
