GNCC Capital, Inc. (OTC: GNCP) has today received final comments from third party consultants as were required to complete its Q1 Financial Report for the three month period ended December 31, 2013.

The Company will publish its Q1 Report on this weekend.

The Filing of this Report restores the Company to that of a “Current Information Filer” on the OTC Markets.
