Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc. (Nasdaq:SBSA) (the "Company") announced today that it will release its fourth quarter and full year 2013 financial results after the close of market on Monday, March 31, 2014.

The Company will host a conference call to discuss its fourth quarter and full year 2013 financial results on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. To access the teleconference, please dial 412-317-6789 ten minutes prior to the start time.
