Pacific Metals Corp. Stock Symbol Change

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Mar 14, 2014) - Pacific Metals Corp. (new symbols, (OTCBB:PACM) and (PINKSHEETS:PACM) (old symbols, OTCBB: PMET and Pinksheets: PMET)) and Pacific Gold Corp. (OTCQB:PCFG)(PINKSHEETS:PCFG).

The Company was notified on March 13, 2014, by FINRA that its stock symbol had been changed to PACM from PMET. Prior notice was not given to the Company.

FINRA's explanation for the change was that the old symbol had been reserved by a senior stock exchange and had been erroneously assigned to the Company by FINRA in 2013 while under reservation. The old symbol was taken up by the senior exchange, which required FINRA to change our symbol so as to release it to the senior exchange, without warning or advance notice to the Company or investment community.
