/ Extreme Biodiesel Inc. (PINK:XTRM) Company President Joseph
Spadafore today issued the following company updates.
The Company is pursuing the filing of a S-1 registration
statement as part of a transition into a holdings corporation with
several subsidiaries in areas of Real Estate, Technology and
Biofuel.
This registration statement will enable Extreme Biodiesel Inc.
to once again regain fully reporting status with the goal of
rejoining the OTCQB.
In the meantime investors may find unaudited financials
on otcmarkets.com and the Company will update its shareholders
on a regular basis via Press Releases
PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT
The company is in direct negotiations with an Indian Reservation
located in Southern California to produce needed
Biodiesel.
Joseph Spadafore Stated “This is very positive for Extreme,
working directly with the Indians should enable more profits for
the company as well as expansion into other areas.”
Due to the terms of an NDA Extreme Biodiesel is not able to
disclose the name of the Indian party just yet, but we can announce
that testing of Extreme Biodiesel equipment is currently being
conducted on the reservation. Furthermore we anticipate a
joint press announcement upon execution of a formal agreement.
