01 Communique's motion to lift the stay and proceed to trial in its
patent lawsuit against Citrix Systems Inc. At the conclusion of the
hearing the parties counsel were directed to meet, confer, and
prepare a joint proposed schedule addressing the updates and
additional discovery that will need to be conducted should the
Court decide to lift the stay.
