SOUTHLAKE, Texas, Jan. 29, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Swordfish Financial, Inc. (OTC QB: SWRF) discusses the present activities of the company, productions of film and TV shows, new offices and studios, share structure, acquisition of iPoint Television, LLC and other recent business activities.

The much anticipated acquisition of iPoint Television, LLC was completed earlier this month.  iPoint Television, LLC is also known as iPoint TV and iPoint Global Entertainment.  Before the holidays the iPoint Global mobile application launched on the Android Play Store and the Apple brand iTunes App Store.  The unique development of the "iPoint Global" application provides a platform to offer a variety of streaming content to consumers via VOD, PPV and Live Streaming combined with other content providers API codes which will platform their content within the app.

Throughout the month of February, iPoint's "a la' carte" system will begin receiving new content it has presently acquired, consisting of movies, shows, sports and news.  Many content distributors could offer their applications by way of the iPoint Global environment. The app provides customers control of the content they desire to consume and place the cost of each provider within the iPoint payment gateway for one bill.  iPoint receives a commission on all content sold via its app.

New offices for SFI administration is now located in the Studios 121 at 6125 Airport Frwy, Haltom City, TX.  The facility holds history with our CEO.  "One of our Spanish networks was produced from this location back in 1999.  The location has offered many years of services to the broadcast industry and provides a location for the growth we anticipate," said Mr. Clark Ortiz, CEO of Swordfish Financial.  "This location provides space for rack equipment, fiber optics, satellite teleport for network originations and several studios for the production of our own content both film and video."

The first production series on contract consist of a 30 minute Stand-up comic show featuring the latest comics.  Our host will be Ronn Moore aka "White Chocolate" who has been featured on HBO's Deaf Comedy Jam, BET's Comic View, "The Bernie Mac Show" and "Cedric The Entertainer Presents".  Production begins as soon as March.  

Serendipitous Films is on contract to begin development of several motion pictures for iPoint TV.  "It is with great pleasure to engage Serendipitous Films.  In pursuit of productions relationships I was introduced to Mr. Daniel Millican, founder of Serendipitous Films through some of his present productions and by the managers of Studios 121.  It was an added benefit to find he occupies offices in Studios 121.  Coexisting in one location will provide us the ease to develop many projects.  We found that we share many common grounds and I'm sure this will be a long and prosperous relationship," says, Mr. Ortiz.

This past week Mr. Ortiz met with Mr. Mark Burnett who produces hit TV shows The Voice, The Apprentice, Survivor, Shark Tank and The Sing Off.  Mr. Burnett is highly acclaimed for producing the mini series called "The Bible" which aired on the History Channel and several other cable networks this past year.  The marketing agreement offers 3000 theater reservations for social groups, churches and businesses to host private viewings. 

iPoint signed the marketing agreement with InService America from Lynchburg, VA.  InService America has been credited in marketing films such as Passion Of The Christ, Fire Proof and many others.  They are a premier telemarketing company to religious community leaders, TV & radio networks.  InService is on contract to offer tech support and sales for iPoint Television and several of our other media products.

Last year our CEO and CFO spent several days in NYC visiting several law firms, hedge groups and financial institutions located on Wall Street for the express purpose of discussing future business.   The goal of SFI is to acquire equitable position in companies which make sense to the future of Swordfish.  Upon the advice of many professionals, in order to accomplish this plan, our share structure needed some advancements.  The new structure provides SFI with the ability to acquire equitable positions in thriving private business partners previously identified. *Please refer to most recent 8k filings for detailed information.
