location back in 1999. The location has offered many years of
services to the broadcast industry and provides a location for the
growth we anticipate," said Mr. Clark
Ortiz, CEO of Swordfish Financial. "This location
provides space for rack equipment, fiber optics, satellite teleport
for network originations and several studios for the production of
our own content both film and video."
The first production series on contract consist of a 30 minute
Stand-up comic show featuring the latest comics. Our host
will be Ronn Moore aka "White
Chocolate" who has been featured on HBO's Deaf Comedy Jam, BET's
Comic View, "The Bernie Mac Show" and "Cedric The Entertainer
Presents". Production begins as soon as
March.
Serendipitous Films is on contract to begin development of
several motion pictures for iPoint TV. "It is with great
pleasure to engage Serendipitous Films. In pursuit of
productions relationships I was introduced to Mr. Daniel Millican, founder of Serendipitous Films
through some of his present productions and by the managers of
Studios 121. It was an added benefit to find he occupies
offices in Studios 121. Coexisting in one location will
provide us the ease to develop many projects. We found that
we share many common grounds and I'm sure this will be a long and
prosperous relationship," says, Mr. Ortiz.
This past week Mr. Ortiz met with Mr. Mark Burnett who produces hit TV shows The
Voice, The Apprentice, Survivor, Shark Tank and The Sing Off.
Mr. Burnett is highly acclaimed for producing the mini series
called "The Bible" which aired on the History Channel and several
other cable networks this past year. The marketing agreement

businesses to host private viewings.

Last year our CEO and CFO spent several days in NYC visiting
several law firms, hedge groups and financial institutions located
on Wall Street for the express purpose of discussing future
business. The goal of SFI is to acquire equitable
position in companies which make sense to the future of
Swordfish. Upon the advice of many professionals, in order to
accomplish this plan, our share structure needed some
advancements. The new structure provides SFI with the ability
to acquire equitable positions in thriving private business
partners previously identified. *Please refer to most recent 8k
filings for detailed information.
"I have most recently made adjustments to my responsibilities
which will provide laser focus on the primary goals of Swordfish
Financial, Inc. Last year was a redevelopment year for the
company with many obstacles and challenges which we have now
overcome. As we move forward, we have engaged several
professional groups who are working with SFI in legal, funding and
advising. We are presently looking to add new partners to our
board of director who offer a high level of intellectual abilities
towards banking, media, marketing and technologies. An
advisory committee is being aligned with business developers,
political officials and community leaders. Those who would be
considered must come highly recommended and provide a strong
reportable history in their respected profession," concludes Mr.
Clark Ortiz, CEO.
