Cre8tive Works, Inc. ("Cre8tive") (OTCPINK:RANFD) is pleased
to announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent to invest
a maximum of $300,000 in the
independent film production RED LIGHT
GO in exchange for up to 50% interest and executive
producer rights. The Letter of Intent outlines the basic
terms for a formal agreement under which Cre8tive will be paid back
on a "First Out" basis equaling the amount of the initial
investment. The funds for the re-payment will be generated
from international sales and British
Columbia and Canadian Government film tax credits.
Upon recoupment of the total production budget, Cre8tive will
retain its interest based on its initial investment and will share
in subsequent net profits generated from the film project.
Shooting of RED LIGHT
GO is planned for the spring of 2014.

Synopsis
RED LIGHT GO is the
tale of the love between a brother and sister. SEBASTIAN (21) and
MOLLY (24) clung to each other with everything they had. Growing up
in foster care will do that to you. So when Molly dies in a car
accident, all seems lost for her little brother. But when he finds
her life "to-do" list while going through her belongings, he
reluctantly decides to embark on a journey to complete the list and
do the things she never had the chance to, with her biggest dream
as his top priority - to see the ocean. Along the way, however, he
happens upon a pregnant hitchhiker, OLIVIA (18), who unwittingly
helps Sebastian discover that there is much more to the list than
he could have ever imagined.
