announced today that the company's CEO Brian Weber will head to Istanbul in the country of Turkey for the eighth annual Global Dairy
Congress.

Weber was contacted earlier this month by officials at Zenith
International, organizers of the event to discuss the relaxation
category in front of a global audience. Their invitation was
prompted by the company's announcement in November to explore
entering the Ice Cream market, with a product that is enhanced with
dietary supplements, which foster relaxation.
The initial test products were produced with a 80-year old ice
cream manufacturer, featuring the flavors of Chocolate and Vanilla.
The results were profoundly positive.
Weber's presentation will be themed and driven around "breaking
new ground." The dairy industry has always been convinced of milk's
inherent goodness, but now consumers need more from dairy,
including pleasure and innovation, excitement and emotion,
alongside value, health and sustainability. He will give his
insight on the matter, along with the pros and cons of entering a
new category.
In addition to Weber, other dignitaries from Chobani, Evolve and
Nestle will be on-hand to speak.
