(TSXV: FAU), (OTCQX: FVGCF), (FSE: FWR) (the "Company" or "Fire River") announces the resignation of the Company's independent auditor, James Stafford Inc., Chartered Accountants. The resignation was not related to any disagreements with Company management over the Company's financial statements.

The Company separately announces that it has received resignations from Fred Sveinson and Jacques McMullen, independent directors of the Company.  The Company wishes Mr. Sveinson and Mr. McMullen well in their future endeavours.
