Ghana Gold Corporation Announces Corporate Name Change

PORT SAINT LUCIE, FL--(Marketwired - Nov 15, 2013) - Ghana Gold Corporation ("the Company") (OTC Pink: GGCO) is pleased to announce that the Company has changed its name to BrightRock Gold Corporation (OTC Pink: BRGC).

Trading under the new name "BrightRock Gold Corporation" will commence on the OTCQX at the opening of trading on November 11, 2013 under the new trading symbol "BRGC". The new CUSIP number for the Company's common shares is 109475101. Outstanding stock certificates are not affected by the name change and do not need to be exchanged. In addition, there has been no change in management and the Company's business model.
