retained legal counsel to submit for DTC eligibility.
iFinix has been informed by DTC that it meets the necessary
requirements to achieve DTC status.
The company has also launched its updated website to allow the
public greater access to necessary information.

is my belief that we could attain DTC eligibility by year end. From
what we have been told DTC status should not be unreasonably
