The Public Takeover Bids for the Acquisition of Securities of Companies Law, Law 41(I)/2007, section 36(4)(d)

COMMENCEMENT OF THE SQUEEZE-OUT PROCEDURE

IN PURSUANCE of section 36(4)(d) of the Public Takeover Bids for the Acquisition of Securities of Companies, Law 41(I)/2007 (the "Law") Dyer Coriat S.L. (the "Company"), hereby ANNOUNCE that an application under section 36(4)(a) of the Law has been submitted to the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission ("CySEC") on 8 November 2013, under which the Company requests a CySEC decision to be issued under section 36(5) of the Law permitting the Company to acquire all the shares in the issued share capital of Camposol Holding Plc which the Company does not own (directly or indirectly) following settlement of the mandatory takeover bid offer dated 24 September 2013.

A further announcement will be made as soon as the application has been approved.
