The Company will begin trading today under the new ticker symbol HTSC and new CUSIP number 42710U106. This corporate action will take effect at the open of business on November 5, 2013.

In further news Here To Serve is wrapping up a two-year audit of its financials, which may be completed this week. Upon completion of the audit, Here To Serve will immediately file a Form 10 with the SEC in its pursuit of becoming a fully reporting publicly traded company.
