www.t3motion.com - T3 Motion, Inc. (OTCBB:TTTM) the leading provider of EV technology to commercial, consumer, law-enforcement and government markets, today announced that Mr. Chris Spencer has been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors and Chairman of the T3 Audit Committee effective October 28, 2013.

Christopher Spencer serves as Chief Executive Officer, President and director of FAB Universal, a digital media services company founded by Mr. Spencer on February 7, 2001. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Spencer founded and worked for ChinaWire, Inc., a high-technology company engaged in the financial remittance industry between international locations and China.  Mr. Spencer worked for Lotto USA, Inc. from 1992-1994, where he was founder and Chief Executive Officer for the Pennsylvania based computer networking company.  From 1990 until 1992, Mr. Spencer worked for John Valiant, Inc., and was responsible for business development and financing.  Mr. Spencer also has more than 12 years in investor relations and related public entity experience.

William Tsumpes, President and Chief Executive Officer of T3 Motion, said: "We are delighted that Mr. Spencer will be joining the T3 Board of Directors. He brings significant experience and understanding of what it takes to build successful public enterprises with a tremendous amount of experience in the capital and technology markets. Mr. Spencer shares our vision of the future for T3 Motion and can provide invaluable strategic and practical guidance, insight, and perspective with respect to our international operations, and IR strategies."

Mr. Spencer will fill the vacancy created by the departure of Mr. Dave Snowden, who first joined the Company in 2003. "I truly appreciate all of the significant contributions Mr. Snowden has made over the years which has allowed T3 to accomplish its primary goals of establishing the T3 Patrollerâ„¢ as the most successful product of its kind in law enforcement worldwide. Throughout the history of T3 Motion, Dave has championed the concept and benefits of our EV technology for use throughout the law enforcement communities. His service and presence will be missed," said William Tsumpes.

"It is with mixed emotions that I find myself passing the baton to Mr. Spencer, who I know will bring great insight and leadership to T3 Motion. I will miss my involvement and wish T3 the best as it fulfills our original visions and dreams for the Company," stated Mr. Snowden, who has cited work and time conflicts as the basis for his resignation.
