GSFI Green Stream Holdings Inc (PK)

Eagle Oil is pleased to announce that it
has received funding from a private investor.  The funding was made
possible because of the security provided by the assets owned by the
corporation as well as the leadership demonstrated by Ms. Helwig and her
consultants.

Ms. Helwig states the following, "we are in the early stages of building a
junior exploration company now that we own the leases to be developed."

On
another note, all Eagle Environmental shareholders are to contact Eagle
Environmental directly. Eagle Oil Holding Company has no affiliation with Eagle
Environmental with the exception of the latter being a shareholder of the
former. Furthermore, Brian Wilmot has no further association with Eagle Oil
from the time that Ms. Helwig was appointed as a director, currently reflected
with the Nevada Secretary of State, and Mr.
Wilmot is not acting in a consulting capacity with the corporation.
