(Symbol - GMUI) Beginning the week of
July 15th Company President Alan Muller and VP Operations Brian Jenkins traveled throughout the USA meeting prospective financiers whilst also
visiting the recently purchased Preacher Mine in Nevada.

VP Brian Jenkins say?s "As soon as I
stepped on to the property it become even more apparent that phase 1 of
production on the Preacher Project is ready to begin as immediate as
possible."

Jenkins
also states "To the naked eye there seemed an abundance of tailing piles
with gold easily visible; there was simple access to the property and the
further we traveled the easier it was to view the historic activity that had
occurred many years ago. I can also report to the naked eye the veins described
in the recent 43101 report were also visible."

Gold Mining USA Inc. is very excited to have
visited the property with first phase of production our next target.

The
Preacher project consists of 5 x 10 acre, 99 year lode mining leases,
approximately 50 acres.

A
Geological report on the Preacher Project has recently been prepared; the
report summarizes geology and precious metals mineralization at the Preacher
project and conforms to Canadian National Instrument 43-101 and Form 43-101F1.
