Minerals of Mexico, Corp.
(OTC:WIIM)("MMM"), is pleased to announce the addition of a new
member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Tiburcio Rubio Lopez. In addition, Mr. Lopez
will hold the position of Geologist/Extractive Metallurgist. At 58
years old, he brings close to 34 years of direct mining experience
in the Mexico.
Graduating from the University of Guadalajara in 1979 where he obtained his
degree in extractive chemistry and metallurgy, Mr. Lopez moved
directly into an upper management position of the 'Fomento Minero',
a division of the Mexican Government. He was in charge of the
laboratory investigative and extractive work on metals and minerals
for new start-up mining companies.
In the years that followed, Mr. Lopez has built, run, and
controlled production facilities extracting various metals and
minerals. A few of his many business affiliations are: Grupo Real del Monte y Pachuca, Compania Minera Monte, Compania
Minera Pinzan Morado, and Compania Great Panther, Minera Mexicana El Rosario.
Mr. Lopez has continued his education by adding diplomas in
environmental management, industrial safety, continued courses in
extractive metallurgy, analysis of problem solving and decision
making as it pertains to production facilities, continued
geological courses, management of tailings and mine effluents, and
quality control.
Tiburcio Rubio Lopez brings to
the company his vast experience of mining through refining of
precious and industrial metals and minerals. As MMM progresses
further into production of their Gallo de Oro property, his skills
will be invaluable. The company looks forward to his advice,
direction, and oversite of the successful mining and production of
gold and silver from the Gallo de Oro property.
