Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 27, 2013 Amanda Cardinalli resigned from her position as a director of America West Resources, Inc.

 On June 27, 2013 Dan R. Baker resigned from his position as a director and as the Chief Executive Officer and President of America West Resources, Inc.

On June 28, 2013 John Chapman resigned from his position as the Chief Restructuring Officer of America West Resources, Inc.
